Kati Reolfi is a Project Manager at Sanctuary, where she brings a strong background in education and coaching to support clients and internal teams with thoughtful organization and a people-first mindset. With nearly a decade of experience in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, she knows how to balance strategy, communication, and empathy to help projects run smoothly and meet their goals. Her ability to anticipate needs and manage complex tasks has made her a steady presence on any team she’s a part of.

She was drawn to Sanctuary’s mission of building respectful relationships and creating value through genuine collaboration. Her time in the classroom and as an EdTech Coach helped her develop systems for managing multiple priorities at once, while keeping people at the center of the process. She brings this same approach to her work in digital marketing, where flexibility, clarity, and communication are essential.

Outside of work, she lives in Massillon with her husband, Tim and their dog, Mollie. A North Canton native, she enjoys spending time outdoors – especially hiking and camping – and tackling home improvement projects on the weekends. She’s also a lifelong reader and always sets a yearly reading goal.
